Returns & Exchanges Policy

We accept returns and exchanges on full-priced items within 21 days of purchase.

Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached.

Full-priced items are eligible for an exchange or store credit. If the item you wish to exchange is no longer in stock, we will issue you a store credit for the original purchase value.

Please note that any shipping costs related to returns or exchanges are the customers responsibility. This includes the full amount of the return shipping label to be deducted out of the final exchange amount.

Refunds

If you believe your item is faulty, please provide photos when submitting your return.

If the item is deemed faulty, we will do our best to replace it, if the item is out of sock, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Items that show signs of visible wear or damage will not be accepted for a refund. All refund requests are reviewed at Lone Athletic's discretion.
