Returns Policy

We accept returns on item(s) within 21 days of purchase, for a Store Credit. Please note we do not offer exchanges, if you have ordered the incorrect size you may return your item and repurchase in your correct size.

Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached. Items must be unworn, unwashed, un-perfumed, and free from any marks including makeup or fake tan, in their original packaging.

Please note that all shipping costs related to returns or refunds are the customers responsibility. This includes return shipping labels associated with sending your return to us, or having it sent back if your return was not accepted and you wish to have the item back.

If your return has been accepted, you will be issued a Store Credit to the value of the item paid, excluding any discounts and shipping costs. We have no expiry on Store Credits.

Refunds

If you believe your item is faulty, please provide photos when submitting your return.

If the item is deemed faulty, we will do our best to replace it, if the item is out of stock, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Items that show signs of visible wear or damage will not be accepted for a refund. All refund requests are reviewed at Lone Athletic's discretion.
